Helping Clients Explore Guilt
A Research Paper By Olya Taran
Life Coach, UNITED STATES
This research paper discusses coaching techniques that can be used to help clients examine non-chronic guilt, including definitions, the experience of guilt, associated common beliefs, and coaching practices. Gilt is a useful feeling that can be used to identify actions that may be detrimental to others or inconsistent with one’s morals. In this case, it can be beneficial to admit and examine your guilt so that you can let go of it and take positive action. However, sometimes, people have thoughts about their actions that make them feel guilty about things that aren’t actually wrong. This essay is based on recurring themes discovered during coaching sessions with my clients and outside sources.

A Research Paper By Potsakorn Srisophon
Business Coach, THAILAND
In a situation where nothing can be predicted. Teams frequently confront challenges as a result of both internal and external pressures. The team’s leaders are not under any obligation to act alone. The leader should provide every team member with the tools essential for leadership growth. In the present era, one person cannot attain success, although in the past, having an all-around leader may lead to success. Leaders are more likely to achieve their objectives if they can motivate their followers through coaching questions and group thinking. Being a coach, and a leader can inspire a team to work together and support one another in the face of adversity.
