Resisting vs. Releasing
A Coaching Power Tool By Nathalie Legault
Leadership Coach, CANADA
This Resisting vs. Releasing power tool refers to the internal resistance as our “inner enemies.” It derives from the subconscious information that our parents and earlier generations passed on to us. It derives from the lessons we’ve learned from our experiences, friends, society, etc. It is the iceberg’s invisible, submerged part. Your TAF (1) will act as a compass and sonar to help you locate the cause of the skewed behavior. Look for the Thought and the Feeling that go with that action. You may be able to identify hidden limiting thoughts with some effort. When you become aware of a bad TAF combo, you can instantaneously let go of some negative energy, which automatically lowers the pressure.

Understanding Interdependence in the Thinking Process
A Research Paper By Christos Vasilopoulos
Business Coach, GREECE
By understanding the interdependence of all things in the thought process, a coach can see and be aware of whether something is a “fact” or a “belief”; to recognize whether a feeling or a thought is self-existing or interdependent, its “birth canal” and structural elements. As a result of knowing the “truth” of things, ideas, and emotions, a person can make informed decisions and ask pertinent questions. This research paper aims to demonstrate that everything in and outside of our heads is interdependent, and that recognizing the dependent component leads to a dramatic improvement in the thought process for problems and decisions. It increases the awareness of the coach, which in turn increases the awareness of the client.
