Fact vs. Fiction
A Coaching Power Tool By Stephen Baker
Transformation Coach, UNITED STATES
This power tool Fact vs. Fiction resource is closely linked to one of the author’s core beliefs. If I said that I always perform it successfully, I would be lying. But as time goes on, I’m more and more convinced that this idea is a tool with limitless potential for use by either myself or a client. The goal of this powerful tool resonates with two of the ideas Leonie Sugarman put forth in her book Life-Span Development. Several conversations with clients helped shape the development of this power tool. I came to believe that many people tell a story that ignores or exaggerates facts.

The Keyword/Keyworld Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Giovanna Francesca Golia,
Transformational Coach, ITALY
Keyworld Coaching is a key that allows you to open, close and discover things. It, too, opens our minds, allowing us to let go of what is painful or unnecessary in order to explore with curiosity. Words can convey emotions as well as represent concepts and beliefs. Coaching encourages us to find the right nuances for each word, allowing us to express our true feelings. Everyone has and lives in multiple worlds: the inner and outer worlds; the world of thoughts, actions, and emotions; the present and future worlds. Coaching enables us to outline and shape any world we wish to create and to live according to our desires and needs.
How to Coach Young Professionals?
A Research Paper By Bastian Harth
Young professionals Coach, GERMANY
This research paper examines a significant issue: how to coach young professionals toward the career path of their dreams, especially in an uncharted job market. It is based on my own efforts to build a rewarding career and a professional vision. Before we can start coaching young professionals, we must first define who they are, their current challenges, and what is important to them. This study is not exhaustive. Other aspects of successfully coaching young professionals are critical. Nonetheless, this paper demonstrated how incorporating expert perspectives can help us provide more meaningful and significant coaching experiences for young professionals.
The #readytogomodel Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Benny Callaghan
Life Coach, AUSTRALIA
Originally created for teens and young adults, the #readytogomodel introduces key coaching principles while stripping out the jargon and keeping it real. I’ve found that the simplicity of the principles can be applied to any audience as I’ve shared this with my coaching peers. One of the goals of developing the model in this manner is to enable teens to learn how to apply it with their peers. This is something that teenagers can teach and use with their younger peers, making it an effective tool for being good mentors. Success in life and coaching depends on this. assisting young clients in developing these abilities and the associated emotions and thoughts.
Ethical Considerations in Applying the Enneagram as Part of Coaching
A Research Paper By Benny Callaghan
Life Coach, AUSTRALIA
The Enneagram is an effective tool that has great potential for maximizing human potential. When properly applied in a coaching setting, it can aid the client in gaining a better understanding of themselves and helping them see past their blind spots. The Enneagram is a complex system with numerous subtle layers, all at once. It is simple to misuse and can restrict a client’s understanding of themselves if approached superficially and in a way that appeals to stereotypes. Any coaching practice must be grounded in ethics. ICF members formally ratify the ICF Code of Ethics, which is a cornerstone of the ICA program. ICF understands that ethics are dynamic and that working with clients may put coaches in unexpected situations.
Assuring Positive Career Choices: A Toolkit
A Research Paper By Sharee S Wells
Career Coach, UNITED STATES
Each and every “job” involves tasks that some people may find tedious, challenging, or unnecessary. Even the most upbeat workers sometimes experience dissatisfaction with their career choices. A person with attention to detail might enjoy paperwork and quality controls. A big-picture person may detest that and prefer to develop concepts or visions. Even if an introvert has excellent technical skills, dealing with people’s problems can drain them. Although an extrovert may be fantastic at interacting with clients and coworkers, they sometimes struggle to maintain confidentiality or say anything meaningful. People who work with a career coach who approaches careers from their perceived successes can realize their best options for a career move. Here is my toolkit for giving clients time and space to examine their inner selves and opportunities.
Rigidity vs. Flexibility
A Coaching Power Tool By Olga Kurek
Transformational Coach, NETHERLANDS
The way someone acts and interacts with others reflects their leadership style. Rigidity vs. flexibility, or both, could be the cause. Because he is skilled in managing both teams and structures, one could argue that a good leader has it all. I think it’s important to distinguish between structuring comfortably and being rigid and resistant to change, as well as between compromising, being flexible, and letting go of control. The rigid and flexible leadership styles are distinguished by the seven pairs of personal traits and observed behaviors listed below. The way you think affects how you lead. Contrary to popular belief, there are more authoritarian leaders. For them, working in business, law, or medicine is like going to honey (Lubit, 2003, p. 209). They succeeded despite the challenges faced by their supervisors and colleagues.
The Career Offsite Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Lucy Todd
Career Transition, UNITED STATES
The Career Offsite Model begins by using only coaching techniques to set up a secure setting in which clients can discuss themselves and their professional struggles. a “career offsite,” which is a personal offsite modified for professional use. These offsites, in my opinion, can either take place independently (outside of a session) or be facilitated by a coach, depending entirely on the client’s preferences and preferred working methods. The frequency, duration, number of goals, and time period for those goals can also, in my experience, be changed. I’ve broadened the definition to emphasize the goals of my coaching model and center it on self-discovery. Setting goals is a secondary outcome that can happen off the field. This idea is due to the fact that setting goals are an integral part of the coaching relationship.
