What Is the ROI of Coaching
A Research Paper By Paul Crabtree
Positive Attitude Coach, UNITED KINGDOM
What is the ROI of coaching? Being able to effectively express the value of their services and sell them will be improved with the help of the answer to this issue for coaches. With the help of this paper, coaches will be able to analyze the return on investment and produce persuasive sales pitches to back up their marketing initiatives. The fact that coaching ROI can be calculated is great news. There are numerous variables at play, as is typical with most development-related interventions. As well, coaching offers more advantages overall than ever before in today’s hybrid-working, post-pandemic, well-being-conscious society. As to who and what we are trying to assess, it is helpful to think about ROI measurements in light of this larger context.
The DIAMOND Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Loulia Kayali
Mental Coach, ITALY
I think that this model will enable you to embrace your individuality and shine as a DIAMOND in your own eyes. And this fact will serve to re-energize you and strengthen your confidence in your ability to achieve your goals. All focus should be on YOU and your UNIQUENESS. What fantastical and amazing resources do you have? how can you construct a shield to shield them? Have you ever handed a jewel to someone whose knowledge of tomatoes exceeds that of the price of the gem? It’s important to emphasize that they are two distinct things with separate values and distinctive characteristics. Each of us has unique needs to attend to as well as goals worth pursuing over the course of a lifetime.
The Human To Hero Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Hélène Dumais
Human Performance Coach, CANADA
The Human To Hero coaching model I developed does not function as a coaching tool where the latter is intended to take the place of the former. The powers of being a human are more intentionally highlighted. We place a strong emphasis on being sincere, open, and vulnerable while also appreciating how wonderfully complex people are. By using this paradigm, we can remove the coverings that we have built up over the course of our lives, revealing our innate awesomeness and wholeness and empowering us to become the heroes that we are capable of being. Let the hero emerge from the human condition by producing, with humility, works of art that exemplify our desire to live, to toil diligently in ways that are constructive, to advance, and to change the world. Superheroes are becoming a popular and marketable idea in our modern, technologically advanced, capitalist society.
S1 vs. S2: Self-one (S1) vs. Self-two (S2)
A Coaching Power Tool By Loulia Kayali
Mental Coach, ITALY
One of the most effective do-it-yourself power tools is the S1 and S2: Self-one (S1) vs. Self-two (S2). An intelligent inner game management strategy helps you play your outer game (any external event or situation that may come your way) more effectively. Each of us has constant distractions in our hearts and minds that keep us from playing our inner games. Thus, a person can access their ability to perform in any given area by conquering their worries, doubts, and shortcomings. It took me more than ten years to learn that I was not in control of my inner game; instead, I was letting S1 (My Judge) take the initiative, ignoring my sentiments and underestimating the skills of S2 (my genuine self).
You vs. You
A Research Paper By Peter Verbansky
Life Coach, UNITED STATES
According to the “You vs You” research paper, before a change can happen, the client has to think it’s workable. The habit that is keeping the change in place is always the biggest obstacle to change, so clients need help getting past their own defensiveness in order to let go of a potentially disempowering routine and welcome a new idea, sensation, or action that will eventually help them advance. New ideas can be offered through delicate probing, ones that won’t terrify a customer and crush their ambition, but rather feel doable and eventually commonplace. Then, by projecting new thoughts forward, encouraging sensations can be generated from that new style of thinking, creating emotions that will eventually lead to behaviors required to produce the intended outcome for a client.
ELSKA – A Model for Change Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Regina Onderka
Life Coach, GERMANY
ELSKA is a change coaching model that helps people understand that change is also about loving themselves, their lives, and the planet as a whole. It generates positive energy and allows us to imagine ourselves going down this path. Elska is a name with meaning. Elska is a girl’s name that means “love.” This name appears to be a sister to Elsa and the Czech girl’s name Eliška, a common diminutive of Elizabeth — and it is (in German, for example). However, it is also a word in Old Norse and certain modern Nordic languages that means “love” or “to love.” Love is very necessary, fundamental, and important for everything we accomplish in this life.
