Greater self-awareness, a better understanding of the driving forces behind others’ behavior, enhanced communication abilities, and improved performance can all be brought about by coaching. Effective use of the coaching style in performance management can increase job satisfaction and employee engagement.
The Role of Somatic Practice in Coaching
A Research Paper By Joshua Schwarzberg
Mindset Coach, UNITED STATES
People can use somatic practice to access their innate evolutionary intelligence. The term “living organism in its wholeness” is the definition of soma in Greek. Another way to think about this idea is to consider this practice as something that takes into account the mind and body. The somatic approach not only emphasizes the brain’s and intellect’s cognitive abilities, but it also serves as a reminder that our physical bodies and hearts also house our experiences, knowledge, and habits. The somatic approach invites us to connect with our most basic intelligence—our physical body—in a world where distractions are constantly available. We can speed up growth and promote lasting change by learning about the history of somatics and comprehending its relevance in the coaching context.

Character Strength-Based Leadership Coaching
A Research Paper By Anita Szabo
Leadership & Career Coach, HUNGARY
A character strength-based leadership coaching approach is empowering, energizing, and connecting in that coaches embody and exhibit their own character strengths as they tell clients about strengths and support clients in developing their own character strengths for enhancing well-being and dealing with adversity in their own distinctively personal way and with their orientation/approach to helping. In fact, not all good leaders, let alone all leaders, consider leadership to be a core competency. Leadership is a trait that is shared by people of all ages and backgrounds. Someone who lists leadership as one of their top talents, like everyone else, does not automatically become an effective leader.
