The LEAD Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Nicole Paul
Leadership Coach, UNITED STATES
They can use the LEAD model as a framework for their leadership development model and coach their direct subordinates, and put it into practice in their coaching relationship. A company’s ability to succeed depends on its leadership. Its presence or absence affects the entire company as well as the individual and team levels. In spite of this, a lot of people experience a lack of preparation while taking on a leadership role. People frequently struggle needlessly because there is little training and mentoring. A hybrid coaching strategy that combines the roles of coach and consultant and coach and trainer is the one that appeals to me. I’ve created an acronym, LEAD, to help me with my leadership coaching, whether I’m working with people or in a group setting.
Coaching to Create Agile Software Development Teams
A Research Paper By David Chong
High Performance Coach, AUSTRALIA
In this research paper, we will examine the complementary and joint applications of the ICF coaching competencies with Agile software development. Agile is a set of ideas and procedures that prioritize adaptability, teamwork, and clients-centricity in the context of software development. This idea helps businesses not only provide goods and services to clients promptly but also quickly adjust to their needs and their environment. In the competitive and unpredictable market of today, this fact is extremely crucial. An Agile team is a self-organizing, cross-functional group of people who collaborate to accomplish a shared objective. This team improves flexibility, adaptability, and efficiency in how they work by utilizing agile frameworks and processes like Scrum or Kanban.
The S.H.O.R.E.S Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Laetitia Bertrand
Life Coach, FRANCE
The purpose of the S.H.O.R.E.S coaching model is to assist a neurodivergent population that may require mental visualization of the process and outcomes of coaching. Its purpose is to defuse fear-based inaction or make people feel less afraid. Both a more session-focused explanation of how a coaching session proceeds and an explanation of the potential coaching experience can be provided by the model. The principal aim of the model is to enable the client to normalize their journey in both scenarios: everyone encounters situations that they are unable to fully resolve on their own, and it is OK if they are unable to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem straight away.

How Does Curiosity Affect the Brain?
A Research Paper By Rebekah Christensen
Life Coach, AUSTRALIA
At the core of coaching is curiosity. We are inquisitive about our clients and their circumstances as coaches. We enquire and make observations that can assist in extending the client’s understanding of themselves and their difficulties. We also inspire curiosity in our clients by doing this, both about them and their circumstances. Being inquiring about myself and my circumstances when I am the client receiving coaching is as well as a physical experience. Having become aware of these feelings has piqued my interest in the inner workings of our minds during periods of curiosity. How does curiosity affect the brain?

The Ecological Mind Mapping Coaching Model
A Coaching Model By Gigi Tsontos
Social Work Leaders Coach, UNITED STATES
To aid in a client’s development, the Ecological Mind Mapping Model blends the ecological viewpoint with the mind mapping activity. The client is given a three-step roadmap by the Ecological Mind Mapping Model to aid in their development. I discovered that the Ecological Mind Mapping model might serve as a beneficial foundation for assisting social workers as they get over their fears and hone their abilities. Although I tried this as a step-by-step procedure during a session, we utilized this as homework. It gave us the resources we needed to delve further. The client can create effective habits and strategies for reaching those goals, obtain clarity on where she needs to focus, and regularly update and improve their skills by going through each phase of the model.
