Our community comes from diverse backgrounds ranging from human resources, professional development and training through to not for profits, small business and social work yet they all share a strong desire to help people and felt like they had actually been coaching all their lives.

Many of our students have lived in multiple countries and have completed extensive studies. They work in multinational organisations and have an open global mindset. After graduating some coaches use their skills in their current role, others blend coaching with other skills and many become professional coaches. It’s always exciting for us to read through graduates memorable moments and find out how they are going to use coaching going forward. We invite you to read and share in last year’s graduate stories.

"The observed coaching sessions!!! I have learnt so much in that time and it really brought everything together. I love the community of ICA, wow, what special people I have met over my time at ICA from all over the world and how we have been able to inspire, motivate and support one another along the way. And then obviously the trainers at ICA... Wow! What role models. It has given me a very clear goal of where I want to be in my personal and professional life. Also the fact that we have to create a coaching model, a power tool and write a research paper made me really reflect on who I am, what kind of coach I want to be and what niche I choose. "The learning was a gradual process. I remember when I was able to make the comparison between my first coaching session (in which I had to stop because I was so stuck) to my sessions now, when I can be in a state of flow and the questions come effortlessly.
