In this edition, each coach shares their most memorable moment. It’s not surprising for us to find that for many of our graduates, it’s the peer connections they made during their training that are most fondly recalled. Students connect regularly in teleclasses, the forum, mentor coaching and observed coaching and organically build long and lasting relationships. Each graduate will have also participated in ICA’s peer coaching program where they will have coached, and been coached, for a at least 20 hours by their peers. This can be local face to face coaching, or coaching via skype or telephone. It’s not uncommon for graduates to reflect on their peer coaching as being one of the most memorable experiences in their training.
