This month our two wonderful Training Directors, Merci Miglino and Pin Hsuan Chen (from New York and Shanghai respectively) flew in to Melbourne for our annual Curriculum Review meeting. But unlike most companies, our meetings don’t take place in stuffy hotel boardrooms.
At International Coach Academy we really do live the coaching lifestyle – which means a healthy commitment to “location independence”. Since our staff are located all around the world we are quite used to virtual meetings, get togethers and meetings in strange locations. And it is in that spirit that we chose our location for our annual Curriculum Review meeting.
