In this yearbook 72 graduates from 21 different countries around the world share their unique coaching model
One of the things that makes ICA so unique is that our coaches graduate with their own unique coaching model. As educators with expertise in adult learning principles, we teach the frameworks and theories that have influenced coaching such as cognitive behavioral therapy, appreciative inquiry, NLP, emotional intelligence and mindfulness. We look the background, how it intersects with coaching and how it can be blended with coaching.
Then, supported by faculty and peers, each graduate creates their their own unique coaching model. This is one of the things that makes ICA different from other coach training schools and platforms our graduates as coaching leaders.
