Our e-learning is more than just zoom classes!
Our community spans 126 countries and has been growing and thriving since 2001. We don’t offer and online version of our training, because our curriculum and training model were designed to be online and have been delivered this way for over 20 years. It’s one of the reasons our community is so well established and so diverse. A community rich with coaching connections, resource sharing, learning, global networks and friendships. A sense of connection is created through a multitude of experiences as students and alumni connect via our purpose built Learning Management System (ICA learnsite), classes and labs, peer coaching, and ICA's online social learning platform.
Whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced coach, you'll find the community to be welcoming and supportive. You will share the commonality of being professional and passionate coaches, dedicated to growing your coaching confidence, expertise and business.
A recent online learning initiative by Harvard Business School demonstrated the benefits of social learning. They created a course in which students first needed to create a public profile, upload a photo and connect with their fellow learners.
As a result, in contrast to typically low course completion rates, the "social learning" course achieved an 85% completion rateand a higher satisfaction score for program content.
We have long understood how critical human connection and social interaction are to the process of learning. Our Campus isn’t an “add on” to our curriculum, it’s a fully integrated part of the learning experience at ICA.

Learning Management System
Our LMS (or ‘Learnsite’ as we call it) has been purpose built for ICA students. It hosts our ICF Accredited curriculum, provides 24 hour access to learning materials, class schedules, curated resources, graduation checklists, and assessment guidelines.
