Tony has worked in different well-known multinational companies for more than 16 years. He has solid knowledge, skills and experience on sales and marketing. He built up sales distribution network, managed many key accounts, made market study and segmentation across China. As a BU head, He understood more about business operation, P/L management, supply chain management esp. on people development and strategic planning etc. He led a 60-member team to be the top performing team among 17 global teams within two years.
Personal Belief:
With his own personal development and solid sales, marketing and business experience, Tony has his own insights on talent development and business operation so that he is able to actively engage in professional coach focusing on business coach and learning &development coach.
He understands well how to utilize his top five strengths “harmony, responsibility, learner, developer, focus” to discover people’s potential, utilize their strengths and face their challenges. He created and used “DREAM-NOW” coaching model to support people to stimulate and manage their present behaviors in order to gradually reach better performance and achieve win-win goals finally.
王征先生积累超过17年在多家国际知名企业、民营企业、公益机构的职场经历。他先后在金力泰涂料、米其林轮胎、杜邦高性能涂料和盛威科油墨工作。他从事过客户的技术服务、销售渠道的建立和管理、关键客户的销售管理、产品体系的搭建和完善、行业市场战略的分析和制订，从一线人员做起，逐步成长为一名职业经理人和事业部的领导者。在事业部领导过程中，他更多地积累了团队管理、人才培养、物流管理、财务管理等企业管理经验。历时2年，他带领着组成的60多人大团队的4个小团队，从全球17个团队绩效排名的倒数几位，共同跃升至全球绩效评估的TOP 6。

如今，王征先生积极地全力投身于教练和相关培训领域。他以诚实正直、积极进取、协同合作、助人自助、终身学习为核心理念，用自己独立开发的“DREAM-NOW”的教练模型，结合自身的专业知识和丰富的阅历，以开放、好奇、中立的态度，帮助更多企业员工和管理者激发动力、澄清目标、顺利地应对改变、实现管理绩效和个人领导力的提升，从而支持到企业人才的可持续发展。
