Rossella holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies. She is an ICF Master Certified Coach and Certified Mentor Coach. Rossella is also an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner and Assessor and founded EMCC Italy. She has trained as Conversational Intelligence Enhanced Skills Coach by Dr. Judith Glaser and as Certified Team Coach by Professor David Clutterbuck.
She is an expert in organization development and project management with more than 20 years’ experience in leading companies. Positive and passionate about change, she has successfully coached leaders involved in new business development and process re-engineering projects.
In addition to her role as Global Faculty Trainer and Italian Program Director of the International Coach Academy, Rossella works as a partner of MentorLab with a focus on Leadership Coaching and Business Mentoring. She is also a Leadership Coach with CoachSource, Torch, and BetterUp and coaches C-Suite executives and leadership teams internationally, mainly in English and French.
She serves on the Board of two Italian not-for-profit associations that provide solidarity career coaching and mentoring mainly to women and young adults and work closely with international organizations in coach training and research. As Local Ambassador for both ICF and EMCC Italian Chapters, she has been a speaker at national and international conferences.
Rossella is an avid reader and a passionate traveller. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children cooking and gardening at her house in Italy, near Venice.
