As a senior coach with rich working experience, accurate insight and analysis ability, and empathetic communication, from 2004, she has coached thousands of junior or senior leaders from different fields. She won Outstanding Coach Reward of LMI China in succession since 2005.
2010 – 2012 International Coach Academy (ICA). Graduated from Certified Professional Coach Program. Now she is a learning-leader in ICA.
2012 She got The Certificate of Completion for the Keystone-Fielding Evidence-Based Coaching Certification Program. Now she is a training trainer of EBC.
