Katerina is a coach, trainer, and mentor-coach with over 20 years of experience working with leaders and teams from around the world, supporting them to overcome their challenges and thrive even in the most adverse environments.
She has held leadership roles in both the international and regional coaching community, is a keynote speaker at international conferences on coaching and leadership, and the author of the forthcoming book: “A Practical Guide to Understanding and Building Trust for Individuals and Organizations”.

Katerina is also a member of the Global Faculty of the International Coach Academy, where she trains and mentors new coaches in the ACTP program.
COACH ACTIVISM
Katerina is the co-founder of CoachActivism, a pro-bono coaching initiative in response to the needs of volunteers and front-line workers involved in the global refugee crisis.
Katerina is based in Athens, Greece, and has traveled to more than 14 countries – so far – for her coaching clients and international projects’ assignments.
