二十五年职业生涯的体验，历经运营、采购、营销、全面质量管理、人力资源管理等多项工作。世界五百强飞利浦电子有限公司工作二十年，担任大中华区人力资源高级总监；跨文化背景的印尼华人首富企业新加坡金鹰集团担任人力资源总经理。
2012年开始于国际教练学院（ICA）学习教练，将教练技术应用于组织发展、绩效提升以及变革管理。独立高管教练的同时，签约美国福特汽车公司以及全球最大教练公司Coach A Co Ltd，服务于世界500强企业，以及本土企业高级管理人员。擅长融合混合型教练技术，推动组织发展与变革。2015年获得ICF PCC资质，2017年创建国际教练联盟南京分会并担任创任会长。2017年底，加入国际教练学院（ICA）担任导师。

Dana has over twenty-five years of professional career experience, through operations, procurement, marketing, quality management, human resource management and other tasks. She worked for the world’s top 500 companies Philips Electronics Co., Ltd. for 20 years, and served as the senior director of human resources in Greater China; With her cross-cultural background she served as the general manager of human resources in Singapore Golden Eagle Group .
In 2012, she started to train to become at coaching at the International Coaching Academy (ICA), applying coaching techniques to organizational development, performance improvement and change management. At the same time, she was an independent executive coaching, and signed a contract with Ford Motor Company of the United States and Coach A Co Ltd coaching senior executives. She specialised in integrating hybrid coaching techniques to promote organizational development and change.
In 2015, she obtained the ICF PCC qualification. In 2017, she established the Nanjing Branch of the International Coach League and served as the founding president. At the end of 2017, Dana became a coach trainer at International Coach Academy (ICA).
