Only 15% of full-time employees in 155 countries feel engaged at work, according to the Gallup ‘State of Global Workplace’ report. As a result, around 85% of employees worldwide are disengaged or unhappy at work. There are various variables that contribute to this lack of workplace participation (Disengaged Workforce), and the Covid-19 epidemic of 2020/21 has functioned as a major catalyst in hastening this trend. As a result, certain legacy techniques for building and maintaining employee engagement within a company must be completely rethought.
