As an HR professional, I’ve helped a lot of people when they’re facing issues or making career decisions. In conversations like this, I have come to the conclusion that discussing job choices is entirely a personal decision that individuals have to make. Consequently, I want to perfect my professional coaching abilities so that I can lead a career coaching monologue that helps others learn more about themselves and evolve into the person they’ve always wanted to be. Using the ASPIRE model, I always partner with my clients in career-related talks to clarify or explore their career interests or ambitions for their next steps. This approach is especially valuable for people who are at a crossroads in their careers, whether it’s because of a childhood desire or because of the constantly changing corporate climate.
