However, how can you put your trust in people who have erred in the past, who might have disappointed you in the past, who are rather opportunistic and want to take any paid position they can get their hands on? It’s acceptable to express criticism when something goes wrong. Think back on what happened, offer helpful criticism, and modify your actions. Being judgmental is not acceptable. Every time you pass judgment on someone, you are expressing how you feel about yourself. Consequently, judgment can be extremely damaging and frequently has nothing to do with what actually occurred in the particular situation. Try to remain impartial and let go of your judgment.

SONGBIRD speaks to me because “SONG” is my initial plus surname (family name). My Chinese name’s characters all refer to birds that swallow. My grandmother told me that my Chinese name (as named/suggested by my grandfather) represents independence. Consequently, SONGBIRD is an essential part of who I am and who I represent. I am open to people from all walks of life and value diversity. My goal in coaching is to reach out and make a difference in the lives of others.
