A Coaching Power Tool By Julia Viladomiu

Me vs. Real Me is a power tool that focuses on an attitude, feeling, or emotion. It shifts your viewpoint from one of negativity, fear, uncertainty, and fraud to one of positivity. One that illuminates the path ahead and changes a person’s perspective. What I’m going to say here might seem vague and unrelatable, but in my experience, those viewpoint changes are the most important ones. The lack of clarity, the sense of being stuck, the unknown, and the uncertainty not related to one topic in particular, a job issue, a conflict, or something concrete going on in the client’s life, are some of the topics I have encountered most frequently, probably because my niche kind of targets them.
