A Coaching Model By Bastian Harth
Young Professionals Coach, GERMANY
We can decide to take control of our future and see the situation from a different perspective, enabling us to move forward confidently with courage and resilience. We learn about ourselves and develop the skills to deal with challenging emotions in the future by overcoming our fears. We don’t have to stay stuck with our fears; instead, they can help us seize bigger and better opportunities. As Susan Jeffers emphasized in her book “Feel The Fear and Do It Anyway,” this idea is where I’d like to show off my coaching model by motivating people to face their fears and pursue their goals. All it requires is thoughtful consideration, careful planning, inclusion, persistence, patience, and most importantly, a LEAP of faith—or courage, to put it another way.
