Middle-level managers are the people I’ve interacted with the most while working on numerous projects, whether as a vendor or in collaboration with various departments. Every time they made a decision, you could count on one of three things: pressure from peers, pressure from top management, or the viability of working-level operations. The goal of the MORE coaching model is to help clients reorganize situations and determine how to improve performance in complex situations. This model aims to connect “Mission” and “Expectation” through “Option” and “Relevance.” As well, when each part is explored, original and creative solutions may emerge to carry out the task as planned.
