A Research Paper By Susan Haffner
Life Coach, UNITED STATES
There are many paid and unpaid caregivers around the world; the support provided to those they care for varies, but it is extremely vital for their health and welfare. We couldn’t live without these carers, but it’s vital to remember that they need attention as well. This issue is where I believe coaching may be able to help bridge the gap. This pressing need, combined with my prior expertise, has led me to specialize in caregiver coaching. I’ve always been curious about how coaching may aid in client progress. I was curious to see how coaching could complement the tools and assistance that I provide to clients in my social work profession.
