A Coaching Model By Stephen Baker,
Transformation Coach, UNITED STATES
Conversations in the business world led to the development of the VAULT coaching model. Clients and colleagues repeatedly told me that my model needed to be relatable to my client. Ironically, the name of the model was noted for clients who dig deeper for a living. The VAULT model felt natural because I spent a lot of time talking to financial experts. It struck a chord with my clients. The model is made to protect the client’s objectives while also surmounting (vaulting) any barriers in the way of those objectives. In order to fulfill their values, the client acts on their understanding of the situation’s truth, free from any constraints other than a limitless perspective.
