This “Using Shifting Perspective Method to Address Irrational Beliefs in an Employee-Facing Organizational Change” case study details a full coaching session, with a focus on the exploration of the underlying beliefs (I acknowledge and celebrated with him). I will give some examples of the steps I took, as well as the questions that helped us have a productive conversation about the issue at hand. It’s crucial to highlight that with this particular client, these inquiries have been efficacious for me.
