A Coaching Model By Olga Kurek
Transformational Coach, NETHERLANDS
The 7-D coaching model enables both the coach and the client to explore the underlying problem. What’s more, it aids in finding and putting into practice the client’s most advantageous solution. The coaching process is explained to the client in terms they can understand using the model. Clients who worry, ruminate, or have unhelpful thought patterns respond well to it. Setting goals, recognizing obstacles, and creating an action plan are the three key steps of the model. It also seeks to challenge the client’s perspective on the solutions and their accessibility. The model looks into the “What” of the client while keeping the “Who” in mind at all times.
