This paper, titled Coaching Leaders Managing Remote or Hybrid Employees, will examine leadership in a virtual setting. I’ll start by examining the data for remote and hybrid work today. I will next list a few competencies that a good leader must have. Lastly, I’ll suggest how managers might show off those abilities with a focus on working remotely. I’ll be able to use what I’ve learned to my blended coaching approach with leaders that I work with, many of whom provide assistance to staff members in totally remote or hybrid work environments. Many abilities, know-how, and personal qualities are necessary for effective leadership. How can I manage staff virtually? A competent leader recognizes that these things are dynamic and constantly need to be examined.
