Sahaja Yoga Meditation can benefit both coaches and clients in a variety of ways. Not only do we align with our goals from the position of our higher self through continuous practice, but by staying in touch with our intuition, we also become more creative. A calmer mind means less cognitive load and more focus, which allows us to make better judgments and work with more purpose, as well as reduce irritability and improve our relationships. We become more resilient as a result of our improved ability to deal with uncertainty. This change, on the other hand, takes time and can be hastened through the coaching process, as well as the accountability, frameworks, and aligned plans we work on during the session.
