We find managers (people) who are unable to let go on a daily basis. They feel compelled to be in charge of everything. They must spend a lot of time exercising this control. As a result, they have less time for creative endeavors. They are frequently in a panicked (stressed) condition because they worry that someone won’t do well and that they won’t be able to delegate since no one will accomplish the task as well as they do.
