The purpose of my RISE leadership coaching model is to reframe the perception of what true leadership is. Situational leadership, thought leadership, internal leadership, and external leadership are the four main styles of leadership that are discussed. Through my focused coaching and empowering guidance, people will gain the methods and competencies in these critical areas, allowing them to become the most successful leaders in their personal and professional lives. These characteristics are stronger than the transitory, more “outward,” and visible surface-level characteristics. The traits of highly influential leaders are reflexive; they cut beyond age, race, profession, and even era.

By using this tool, people can better grasp the empathy gap, the value of empathy, how it works in high-performing teams, and how to incorporate empathy into their leadership style. There are many ways coaches can use this powerful tool (hybrid coaching) to help leaders who may struggle with empathy, helping them recognize the value of empathy and begin to build empathy as a leadership competency. Start with oneself first. Ask the client about their preferred management style and their experiences working under various leadership philosophies.

The difference between Passive vs. PassiON: Being passive is something we usually feel in situations where there is a lot of negativity or when we are feeling helpless. To avoid harm or “losing,” we disengage out of self-preservation and protection. Changing from passive to PassiON helped me discover my calling in life, as well as what I wanted to accomplish with my special insight and capacity to articulate my feelings clearly in writing that benefited other people. My writing moved me ahead more and more as more people read it and got in touch with me. People still spark that fire in me today with the numerous personal tales and insights they offer after reading my work.

Clients are able to embrace vulnerability, confront self-limiting beliefs, and move into their genuine power because of this relationship of trust and empathy. Coaches act as catalysts, assisting clients in finding their true selves, coordinating their objectives with their values, and overcoming challenges. The purpose of many coaching methods and strategies is to assist individuals in understanding their values, abilities, skills, and beliefs. Clients can start to understand the significance of accepting one’s genuine self by illuminating the complex relationship between authenticity and fulfillment.

The foundations of wayfinding, which we all use to move about both real-world and virtual surroundings on a daily basis, are based on my coaching model. These foundational ideas have been modified by me to serve as a strategy for navigating difficulties, difficulties, and adventures throughout life. One of my passions as a coach is to enable my clients to develop their own solutions by introducing them to their individual talents and creativity. This idea is possible, in my opinion, with a wayfinding coaching model. These are all actual instructions I’ve been given to guide me along a trail, across a challenging area, or to a specific destination. Each one illustrates a distinct method or strategy for navigating life, and each one was effective.

Criticism vs. Generosity

For my clients, I was able to experiment with this Criticism vs. Generosity power tool and discovered that it was helpful for them. Two of my clients have exhibited a propensity for self-criticism in a way that prevented them from progressing. Along with this self-criticism, they also had extremely high standards for themselves and a tendency for perfection. It truly resonated with me because I share similar characteristics as well! The world around these clients benefits significantly from their remarkable intelligence, skill, and experience. However, their self-criticism prevented them from resolving the issues they brought to our coaching sessions and hindered their capacity to recognize, appreciate, and celebrate their accomplishments.

I’m going to refute this idea by saying, “Chain your mind, emotion, and will to your core,” which is to say, your ideals and purpose, to bring this Chained vs. Break-free concept full circle. By doing so, you can liberate yourself from everything else that is not you and realize the goals instead of those of other people. Once you’re able to accomplish this, you’ll understand that you are sufficient, own abundant resources, and have the freedom to simply be. Knowing exactly what you want to do is the crucial next step toward breaking free. As a result, you’ll be better able to choose the WHAT and WHO you need to support your HOW. People often are aware of what (and who) they seek to rid themselves of.
