The model I chose is C.O.U.R.A.G.E. It is about courage for Women who wish to transition from where they are to where they want to be empowered to ‘jump’, and no longer be paralyzed by fear. Many women are so indoctrinated with so many ideas that their inner glass ceiling hinders their ability to show inner courage. To know whether women are courageous, one needs to put them in a position where they must fight for their loved ones.

Many people, especially female leaders, encounter obstacles in their careers that make it difficult for them to advance to higher positions. These barriers become internal glass ceilings, manifested as self-limiting beliefs, fears, feelings of inadequacy, etc., causing them to fall into their own comfort zone. Comfort vs. Courage is a power tool to help clients move towards their goals, and coaches need to help clients realize what they might not be able to see for themselves. This idea creates awareness.
