In this “Lightness vs. Significance” case study, I will be evaluating the disempowerment perspective of a client named Stephanie. She is a client who has lived abroad (and has done so for a while) but is originally from the United States. I have a client named Stephanie who works very hard and is happy to take on a lot of new assignments. She routinely enrolls in new programs to earn certificates and, as she told me, once she becomes invested in something, she tends to “go all in.” Due to her willingness to put in the time and effort, she has built herself up as a subject matter expert in many different fields as a result of the way she lives.
