In order to target employees’ professional development, performance improvement, personal growth, and well-being, internal coaching entails using trained coaches, who are people with coaching expertise and skills. The following aspects of internal coaching will be combined: relationship-building, organizational context, and accessibility. I had the chance to assume the role of an internal coach as a part of this research in order to explore and comprehend the impact and significance of incorporating coaching into the organizational culture as a long-term strategy for sustainable change. Consequently, I examine and highlight the advantages of internal coaching as a transformational instrument to secure the welfare of workers and leaders and establish a sound leadership framework.
