As a coach, I am focusing my work on young female leaders. They often work in organizations and systems that are constantly changing and evolving. Although young women today have more opportunities than they did decades ago, they still face obstacles in the system that affect their work. At the same time, most of these young leaders often struggle with limiting beliefs about themselves and the opportunities they can see with their own eyes.
