A coach is an important part of the process because they know the right questions to ask you to make sure you’re focusing on your needs instead of other people’s wants or visions, which is another factor that causes burnout. The long-term goal is to learn how to modify this process into a system to help prevent burnout and manage it while achieving your goals.
