A Research Paper By James Levin
Business Coach, UNITED STATES
I had the pleasure of interviewing a “Bold Kindness” coach Stephan Thieringer, the founder of the Human Innovation Garage and one of the World Coaching Congress’ top 101 coaching leaders. Today, we talked about what it takes to be a successful coach and the mindset that coaches should adopt to be authentic and valuable to their clients. Stephan’s insights were especially valuable to me because his international work as an executive coach is an area in which I also want to make a difference. On top of that, Stephen is adept at focusing on the people at the heart of any issues his clients pose to the coach.
