While doing this research, I wanted to learn how to use coaching methods to analyze the performance of international teams. Employees in international teams have expressed an interest in coaching, although most have not yet received the opportunity. Based on my research, I would advocate teaching the “rounding approach” to organizations with an international workforce of more than three countries. I would recommend in-person or online coaching sessions for individuals or less varied teams. Observational coaching, on the other hand, can be a useful supplement to assessing an employee’s conduct in the workplace.
