My 5C coaching model aims to provide executive coaching for women and their allies to empower and inspire them to thrive through change by increasing their curiosity, embracing choices, gaining courage, and confidence to commit to getting ahead. My goal is to help my clients maximize their potential and achieve a more fulfilling work/life integration. During my 30 year-long career in the corporate world, across different geographies and cultures, I have mentored, trained, advised, and coached individuals, teams, and a great deal of women leaders to help them get ahead and position themselves for success.

My power tool focuses on Challenges vs. Opportunities the above-mentioned changes in mindset help clients meet challenges that may be daunting at first, because these challenges are opportunities to grow, thrive through change, and ultimately reach their full potential. Being open to shifting perspectives and being willing to step out of our comfort zone is uncomfortable but will help us move forward. Changing our perspective and opening our minds towards challenges can be liberating and open up new opportunities beyond what was initially anticipated. If we want to learn, grow and stretch outside our existing boundaries and reach our fullest potential, we benefit from embracing challenges as opportunities.
