As we have investigated the concept of coaching as a vehicle for change, from both an organizational and an individual perspective, we have found the significant impact that coaching has not only on an individual but also in terms of how that individual is transformed and is then able to demonstrate the positive outcomes in the workplace and in the communities where they live. We’ve talked about organizational change, how change management influences organizational performance, the usefulness of executive coaching in fostering the growth of excellent leaders, and how these things relate to organizational effectiveness. Coaching is essential for developing stronger leaders as well as more competent and self-aware people in general.
