Fewer C-level prefer just 1-2 sessions of executive coaching per month as compared to others (71% versus 90%). Though % is similar for 1 session, the difference comes from preference for 2 sessions (23% for C-level versus 44% others).
- How many session(s) per month?
[a) 1 b) 2 c) 3 d) 4 e) >4]
82% of respondents prefer 1 or max 2 sessions of executive coaching per month.
# 1 session ~47%;
# 2 sessions~35%
There seems to be a preference for a high number of contacts ~ meetings for eC. . Almost equal % of HR and others (45% versus 37%) prefer executive coaching duration to be less than 3 months. Though almost double of the HR prefer 6-12 months as compared to others (47% versus 24%).
The ratio reverses for the duration of 3-6 months (7% HR versus 24% others). Almost equal % of HR and others prefer just 1-2 sessions of executive coaching per month. % is similar for 1 session versus 2 sessions. Interesting, almost equal % of professionals with prior experience and without experience prefer 1 session, 2 sessions and 3 sessions. There is not a single professional with prior experience who prefers more than 4 sessions per month.
