Coaching Samples and the Coach’s customisation to suit the clients’ Multiple Intelligence:
Multiple intelligence activities provide children and adults an opportunity to enhance their level of intelligence and fully realize their potential. For the purpose of this research it was a great moment of truth. So the trick to successful coaching would be to for the coach to understand multiple intelligence, approach the client’s problem with an insight as to what areas of intelligence are strong in the client and offer coaching on those lines to the easy understanding of the client.
Please find below the summary of the peer coaching as illustrated below: six peer clients, three from ICA and three private clients
This research is to show that all the clients have in their own way accepted that their needs are different, rather the understanding of their needs are different from one another and the idea is to show that customisation is the only key towards making clients understand and think out their problems and the solutions to their problems.
