Introduction
The present document has been prepared in order to be presented as part of the requirements to graduate from the International Coaching Academy coaching program. It includes a brief framework on Coaching Supervision taken from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and then presents the transcript of a Coaching session of a Coach as a client which ends up on the reflections and value found by the Coach on this particular session.
Framework
ICF defines Coaching Supervision as follows:
Coaching Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his or her clients.

Transcript
The following is a transcript of a coaching session with a Coach as a Client/Coachee. The Client had worked with the Coach for over 6 months at the moment of the session and this was the 19th session they had together. The introduction of the session has been omitted. The Coach’s dialogue will be marked as CS (Coach Supervisor) and the Client’s dialogue will be marked as C (Client/Coach/Coachee). This session lasted over one hour, the client took its time to reflect, think and verbalize the content shared bellow, there were pauses between the reflection of the Client/ Coachee and the following intervention of the Coach.
The session took place over the internet, with voice only, no video call, in English. Both the Client and the Coach live in different continents, have a diverse cultural background from each other and different main languages, their first language is other than English and they have never met in person.
