Conclusion
The results of the current research paper do somehow show that nostalgia is very likely to be an adaptive emotion that overall provokes positive changes in mood and in the emotional state. The aim of the present research was to introduce a hypothetical use of nostalgia in coaching. As stated above the development of an effective tool and some empirical research on it, is not in the aim of my work. I hope this will be a stimulus to proceed with further studies.
