Confusion vs. Clarity in Coaching:
Many of the time our clients have a lack of clarity which brings confusion in what they clearly want. Confusion and Clarity are two powerful words that make a huge difference in anyone’s life when they have clarity. If we have too much information also then we have a tendency of getting confused. In today’s world, we are living in a digital world where we have access to a lot of information online.
Sometimes too much analysis also leads to confusion. The more you believe in the confusion the less clarity you have. The reason why we get confused is because we are so attached to the outcome. We also have internal fears like what If I do wrong, what if I make a mistake? When we focus on too many things and when we don’t have a clear vision it leads to confusion.
During my coaching with clients, I observed clients are confused about the outcome of the session, they will take you all over their life and we need to make them aware of what they want in the session by bringing more clarity. Some of us want to be perfectionists and during this program, we do not take a decision immediately instead we analyze and spend a lot of time before making a decision. During my coaching, my clients have shifted towards clarity on what they want which eventually helped them to bring a lot of joy and happiness by the end of the session, which allowed them to take a new set of actions.
