If you could feel even a particle of divine love, so great would be your joy—so overpowering—you could not contain it. Paramahansa Yogananda
Hello. Welcome to One heart one Love. You and I are facing each other. Imagine our hearts expanding out from our chests and being suspended between us. Our hearts touch and slightly overlap, melding into the symbolic shape of a romantic heart. The part of our hearts that overlap is represented in the shape of a rainbow colored flame. It is in this place of Union where: I have half of your heart. You have half of my heart.
One heart one Love (OHOL) was originally inspired by the concept of soul mates, which has expanded to the most ideal form of Divine Romance and Divine Love for God. The three individualized aspects of OHOL form a trinity, which recycle “dueling duality” and transmute it into pure love. No matter what dualities are placed inside of the OHOL image, they will form One heart one Love.
OHOL is a message of Divine Love and Peace. Its main purpose is to enhance our love for God, ourselves, each other, everyone and everything. OHOL’s goal is to raise and increase the love and light for the individual and collective consciousness.
OHOL enhances love, union, Cosmic Consciousness, peace and forgiveness for people. It assists people to have unconditional universal love for God, themselves, others and all living creatures. It raises people’s awareness of the union of their soul with God and the union of their individual consciousness with the collective consciousness i.e. Cosmic Consciousness. OHOL increases peace and assists people with forgiveness.
The contrary of One heart one Love could be any of the following qualities such as; hatred, duality, separation, conflict and punishment.
There are five power tools within the main power tool OHOL vs The Contrary of OHOL such as; Love vs Hate, Union vs Separation, Cosmic Consciousness vs Dueling Duality, Peace vs Conflict, and Forgiveness vs Punishment.
What’s so great about the OHOL power tool is that any and every power tool could be used in the OHOL power tool, but the focus on this paper is on the five power tools that are naturally created from the creation of OHOL.
Self Application
People’s level of love for God, themselves and others may be low or they could be ignorant of Divine Love and not love God, themselves and other living beings. Some people at times may even experience self -hate or hatred for others. Some may experience hatred briefly and there are some that have spent almost an entire life full of hate.
People may perceive themselves separate from their soul and God. This level of perceived separation varies for individuals depending on where they are at in their spiritual evolution. Some may not be aware of union at all. Some may experience union and separation at different times. Then there are “devoted yogis” who have found their everlasting union.
People may also be experiencing duality. The duality being referred to here is the kind where judgment, attachment and perceived separation are involved. “Dueling duality” is an extreme form of duality when people experience conflict and separation from their judgment of a dual perspective. Even the dictionary shares the wisdom of the statement “Dual- not to be confused with duel.” Just because there are two existing qualities or states doesn’t mean that they need to fight. Dueling duality leads to conflict, separation and punishment. Dueling duality may arise within an individual, be between two people, groups of people and extend to a larger scale such as war between countries affecting hundreds of thousands of people.
When people are in alignment with OHOL, they experience love, oneness and peace. When people are being loving, peaceful and forgiving they are able to be free and happy. When they are aware of the Cosmic Consciousness of OHOL, they see themselves beyond the body and see the Divine love and light within all. When they go throughout their day in the OHOL, everything flows and not anyone or anything can bring them down. OHOL can be for anyone. Life is good with OHOL.
When people are angry and have extreme cases of hatred they are in contrary of OHOL. Their heart is blocked and a dark shadow surrounds them. Even when people have a mildly low level of love, they still feel kind of down. Some may feel stuck in separation and conflict and are unable to let go and forgive which has a negative effect on their relationship with God, themselves and others. They could be ping ponging back and forth in dueling duality and not moving beyond that and into blissful union. They could be experiencing pain from punishment. They could perceive that people, places, things, situations, experiences and even God are wrong, against them and separate from them.
We as people can tune in to the unconditional universal love of One heart one Love. We can be active in a loving way in our duties with God, ourselves and others on a daily basis.
To develop pure and unconditional love between husband and wife, parent and child, friend and friend, self and all, is the lesson we have come on earth to learn. Paramanhansa Yogananda
Coaching Application
There are many techniques that a coach can integrate with the OHOL power tool in a coaching session with a client such as; communing, healing, guided meditations, visualizations, mediation, creative activities and intuition.
Start the coaching session by going into the OHOL space with the client. Create the OHOL space by visualizing and communicating that the coach is in one side of the heart, the client is in the other side of the heart and they meet inside the rainbow ray of the coaching process. This creates a loving and trusting space for the coach and client.
When clients want to shift to a more loving perspective, coaches can use the techniques mentioned before. For example, ask clients to visualize themselves in one side of the heart and then think of God, others or even aspects of themselves in the other side of the heart where they form One heart one Love.
To shift from self hate to self love, have the client on one side of the heart and then all aspects of the client’s self on the other side of the heart. The client sees her/his self-reflection in the heart through the rainbow. They meet and unite in the rainbow ray dissolving any perceived separation, hatred, conflict and guilt within oneself and experiencing the love, union, peace and forgiveness of One heart one Love.
The above example can be used in the same way where the client wants to do OHOL with God and others. The client is in one side of the heart and God is in the other side and the client’s soul and God are one in the rainbow flame. The client can also practice OHOL with the client in one side of the heart and another person in the other side of the heart and they unite in the rainbow ray. Clients can imagine being OHOL with anyone such as; family members, friends, romantic partners, neighbors, co-workers, supposed enemies, etc. Clients can practice OHOL by themselves or with others.
Coaches can use the OHOL with individual clients, a pair of clients or a group of clients. Coaches can encourage clients to carry OHOL with them throughout their day. Encourage clients to feel OHOL in their hearts, to imagine it, to visualize it, to think it and share it with others.
No matter what “dueling dualities” are placed into OHOL, they form One heart one Love. The rainbow flame is the mediator that unites and melts away The Contraries of OHOL. We as coaches, clients and people can be Divine role models of the love, unity, and peace of One heart one Love.
