Denial
Denying ones essence, to refuse and reject thoughts and feelings that could and would empower you to feel satisfied and secure within yourself.
To move through life with the beliefs that you are capable and worthy is unimaginable.
To deny the positive and empowering feelings, to own and sincerely believe the self-rejecting, helpless, incapable, unworthy thoughts and self-talk.
To believe that you are destined to live in emotional upheaval and sadness because any thoughts of being competent capable and of value cannot even be imagined.
To feel utterly powerless about situations and circumstances, a complete lack of understanding that your thoughts create your reality.
Refusing awareness that this disempowering self-talk and belief system could possibly be untrue. Empowerment of ability to improve your own thoughts or lifestyle, is so far from ones perceived reality, that all beliefs of self-loathing are all-consuming. And in this powerlessness you live, because you choose to believe you are unworthy, which in turn is your reality.
The worst lies are the lies we tell ourselves. We live in denial of what we do, even what we think. We do this because we’re afraid. Richard Bach.
Acceptance
To openly receive a complement, receiving, believing, approval, favorable.
The most adventurous journey to embark on; is the journey to yourself, the most exciting thing to discover; is who you really are, the most treasured pieces that you can find; are all the pieces of you, the most special portrait you can recognize; is the portrait of your soul.

Self Application
What if you Deny accepting who you are? I mean accepting yourself at the very core of your being. Many people live their entire lives in shame, self loathing, self defeat, deep insecurity, judgment and fear of being who they are. They hide themselves and cover up there perceived weaknesses by pretending to be something else, or simply putting up berries that never really allow others to see their vulnerable underbelly. They believe that this is a weakness or they would be judged and left to feel defeated and living in deep sham of their authenticity.

Coaching Application
To partner with the client in order to engage them in achieving their goal of moving from a state of denial, into the embrace of acceptance. To help shift the negative underlining beliefs that they are not worthy, capable and deserving, into living in a state of emotional harmony and security in who they are. Challenging the client to appreciate, and understand their values, morals and actions around their beliefs. Sharing insight that perfectionism is a myth. That they will not be perfect, nor are they required to be. Guiding their awareness around inner peace in order for the client to move freely in the world as their authentic self, and for them to live with conscious intent to embrace strengths while continuing to grow. Sometimes challenging them to allow respect, love, hope, encouragement, grace, and forgiveness in, as a part of their self-care. Acknowledging, that deep within they are a creature of value, a human being with a purpose, gifts, strengths, and talents, a unique individuality that absolutely no one else will ever completely emulate. To share in their celebration and appreciate of the very essence of the design of who they are.
