Reflection
- Are you setting aside time to do the things that are important to you?
- Are there aspects of what you do that don’t bring you joy and, if so, why are you doing them?
- Is the busyness of your life self-induced to cover up a pain you don’t want to think about?
- Is there a UAC driving your overwhelming and unrealistic “to-do” list?
- Set boundaries that serve you.
- Know what you truly value and live and make choices aligned with those values.
- Do you have a vision of the life you want to live?
- What are your goals and how will you know when you reach them?
- Do you have “time killers” built into what you do?
- Keep a log of everything you do for two weeks. Evaluate what you actually did versus what you said you would do. What worked for you? What did not?
- What made you happy? What stressed you out?
