What differences exist between the two states and the possible perspectives! By understanding and using these different perspectives within the concept of Stability / Instability we can help our clients move from one state to the other (and back again!) as needed.

Some of our client will set Stability as a goal. Some can only operate best in a setting of Instability! Most are somewhere in between – using Stability as their launching pad for personal growth, choosing to move into Instability to challenge themselves and grow.
