The SOCIAL coaching model is intended to facilitate a client’s marketing efforts either offline or online. It is a tool that offers each client the opportunity to start small, take action, have fun and learn from each step of the process.
SWOT Analysis | Identify client’s Strengths – Weaknesses – Opportunities – Threats .As well as the values, beliefs, motivations and dreams. |
Objective | Before planning, the coach will support the client have a desired result in mind by setting up SMART goals. |
Content Planning | The coach will support the client create a clear action plan that includes themes, specific topics and type of content according to the client’s target audience. |
Inspired Action | The coach will support the client to take action anyway. In this phase the coach will provide tools and resources to make the client feel motivated to jump in and start spreading the word about their business. |
Active contribution& interaction | The coach will support the client in adopting a win – win perspective, meaning that the client will be able to create value to their audience by providing fresh and authentic content, by sharing their own experiences and most importantly by participating actively. |
Learnings & Evaluation | This is the evaluation phase. The client will reflect about the coaching process, the outcomes and their learning. This phase will let us know what worked, what didn’t work and what needs to be improved. |
