No mater how time is approached, as something scarce or something abundant, it is a precious commodity and perhaps the biggest humanity commonality. Everyone, regardless of location, ethnicity, or religion, has exactly the same twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
And how generous time is in sharing itself equally with each and everyone. Time is also forgiving. Constantly gifting re-starts…of hours, of days, of seasons, of life. In order to enjoy time in the current “rush era”, life calls for conscious self-engagement through acknowledgement, smart usage, organization, and enjoyment of today.
Now refers to the present moment.
Now is a moment without further delay.
So why not savor daily moments as they happen?
Appreciating that :me cannot be turned back,
that there is no :me traveling capsule,
and honoring the given now,
Favors self-fulfillment,
and joyful living.
Living the now in a state of awareness equals focusing on the here and on the exact moment life happens, valuing life as it unfolds.

This coaching model aims at providing you with understanding that living life more intentionally, and allowing for :me with more quality to take place in life, is possible. In addition, you might get to understand and identify the “time eaters”, “joy stealers”, and “anxiety builders” that prevent you from being more authentically present. In a coaching session, through application of appropriate settings and tools, you will be empowered to address, identify, and connect with your true purpose, and become aware of how you can live your life more unconditionally.
Go beyond your perceived limitations, and excel in your self-awareness and self-observation.

If not “a want”, how would you describe it?
V. Personal-relevance
What would “living your now” represent for YOU?
VI. Emotion recognition
How will you feel when you intentionally add worth to your routine?
2. Choose:
Many opportunities, many ways, many things, much information…one life.
De-clutter your mind and look at each op:on at hand from different perspectives.
At this stage you are invited to explore your alternatives, apply deep analysis, and find clues to follow.
Here, in this coaching session, is where you start allowing yourself to enjoy being.
3. Engage:
Expand your mind.
Engage your inner and most valuable resources.
Intensify your interest about yourself and about your life.
Be a detective, link the clues that you uncover and/or discover.
Learn to become emotionally smarter in your given moments.
